Reyna, Jr. (Chairman), Mr. Raymundo H. Ramos (Vice-Chairman), Dr. Arlene G. Sanchez (Secretary), Dr. Voltaire Emeliano Siapno-Tada (Director) and Mr. Armand Roth E. The program entails the collective efforts of DCWD employees to apply effective marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase the District’s active service connections to at least 30,000 and to reduce its Non-Revenue Water (NRW) to 30% or less. The Board Chairman also stated that this goal is within the reach of DCWD which will be prioritized for its achievement on the District’s celebration of its 33rd anniversary next year. GM Valle assured the Board that the DCWD workforce will cooperate and coordinate to achieve this goal and that the marketing strategies and promotional activities will be spearheaded by the Marketing Committee and the Customer Service Division. Vice-Chairman Ramos, Director Sanchez, Director Siapno-Tada and Director Duque expressed their thoughts and ideas on the said celebration and the unveiled program during the occasion.
