  1. Who may avail of the service?
    • Registered concessionaires of the Dagupan City Water District
    • Concern citizens who may have seen or witnessed leakages
  2. Requirements
    • Personal request of the registered concessionaire or any of his/her authorized representative
    • Phone calls by any concerned citizens.
    • Description / sketch of the location of leaks (nearest corner/landmark)
  3. Fees and Charges
    • None-required
  1. Service Availability
    • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Saturdays 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

How to avail of the service

to be presented.
